Jonas Bachmann has been working for BLS AG, the second largest public transport company in Switzerland, for six years. He heads the Customer Data & Business Analytics department and, together with his team, has developed and expanded the Data & Analytics area at BLS. Prior to that, he worked in consulting and in the payment and airline industry, always at the interface between business, data science and IT.
Marcel Graf joined BLS 4.5 years ago and is now a team lead Data Science. During this time, he has successfully implemented diverse use cases across various departments of the company. Prior to this role, he completed a PhD in Cognitive Psychology.
